Remote generator monitoring without the network guesswork
The KOHLER Energy Management App is the replacement for OnCue and OnCue Plus. When a compatible generator is connected to the internet, the app can provide status alerts, exercise-cycle controls, event history, and maintenance records. Available functions depend on the controller and firmware version.

Moving from OnCue?
Previous OnCue users must download the KOHLER Energy Management App and create a new set of login credentials. Your former OnCue username and password do not transfer automatically. We can help identify connection or firmware issues and walk you through adding the generator to your new account.
For account security, the homeowner creates and controls the app password. Cramer’s does not need to retain your personal login credentials.

What replaced KOHLER OnCue?
The KOHLER Energy Management App is the current remote monitoring application. Previous OnCue users need to create a new account in the new app.
Can you connect my generator to Wi-Fi?
Yes. We offer compatible wireless setup and connection troubleshooting. The best approach depends on the generator controller and the strength of your home network near the equipment.
Can you install a wired connection?
Yes, where supported. We can plan and configure a wired Ethernet connection when it is the better fit for the property and generator system.
Is cellular monitoring available?
Kohler offers cellular equipment for compatible RDC2-controlled generators. Cellular installation from Cramer's is coming soon.
